What is pre-order and how does it work?
The pre-order business model means that we do not hold any inventory. Each garment we produce already has an owner as the garment is made specifically for them.
How do I pay for my order?

How long before my pre-ordered item is shipped?

How can I cancel my order?
You have 7 days from the day you place your order to request a cancellation.
How much is shipping in the US?
We offer complimentary standard shipping within he U.S
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. For more information click here

International shipping is $35
How long does worldwide delivery take?
The delivery time for international shipping is 2 to 6 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I request a refund?
All international sales are final and are not eligible for return/refund.
Domestic orders are eligible for return and refund.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the reason for requesting a return or refund.
Once your request has been processed, we will email you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In order be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn, with all original tags and accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Once we have received the returned item, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you.
Can I request an exchange?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments and the limited availability of our fabrics, we may not be able to accept an exchange. Email us at email@example.com to let us know why you are requesting an exchange. If we are unable to offer an exchange then we can issue store credit.
